Shots pierce enemies but not rocks, fire, or poop. Increases Damage by 1, Speed by 0.2, and adds one Soul Heart.
If you have 1 red + 4 soul hearts and take a 2 red heart item, it will cost you 1 red heart only, and there's no red heart debt like in WOTL.
